Delivery Policy

Customers have the option to either pay for their goods to be delivered or they can arrange to collect from our address free of charge. Orders of £150.00 or more eligible for free delivery, this is calculated and applied automatically by our system.

We will deliver the ordered goods to the address supplied to us at the time of ordering. It is possible for the delivery address to be amended prior to shipping, but not something we can guarantee. We recommend every possible care is taken to ensure the delivery address is accurate.

All times and dates for delivery are estimates and should be treated as such. Being estimates, they are also subject to change. We relinquish ownership of the goods on the day of delivery and, therefore, we are not liable for the damage or loss of goods.

Collections are actively encouraged by Vyper, however they need to be arranged in advance. We will be in touch to advise when your order will be ready for collection and times that are suitable.

Delivery Options

During the order process customers have the option to either collect their orders free of charge, from a specified address in Peterborough, or to pay for their goods to be delivered.

The carrier for deliveries will be Royal Mail unless stated otherwise. Depending on order size or value, a courier may be used but this will be at the discretion of Vyper Cricket and we will advise the customer accordingly.

Free Collections

It is possible for orders to be collected free of charge from our premises. It will only be possible after we have confirmed the order is ready for collection and only at a time and location we have advised.

Please note, we are Peterborough based. We are located in Orton but the collection address could be subject to change, this will be confirmed prior to collection.

We will try our best to be as accommodating with regards to collection times, dates and locations, but this may not always be possible and we reserve the right to withdraw our free collection service.

Delivery Cost

Different shipping classes are applied to our products to ensure our customers are not over-charged for their orders to be delivered. Orders of £150.00 will not be charged for delivery, the £150.00 threshold DOES NOT taking shipping costs into consideration, this is calculated and applied automatically. 

Where charges apply, the structure is as follows:

  • Accessories = £2
  • Clothing = £4.95
  • Gloves = £5
  • Pads = £7.5
  • Cricket Bats = £12.50
The charges increase with each class as per Royal Mail pricing but to offer greater security and protection when orders are in transit. We relinquish ownership of the goods when they have been received by Royal Mail, therefore the improved levels of service are a necessity for the more valuable (and bulky) items, such as bats and pads.
 
The shipping classes are weighted, meaning the most valuable shipping class will take priority and supersede any that already apply to items in the basket. This is to ensure that customers are paying the fairest price for delivery of their orders.

Overseas Deliveries

For now we only ship to addresses within the UK. If you would like us to ship to an address beyond our borders please get in touch with us via our Contact Page

Receiving Deliveries

You will receive shipping confirmation via email when your order has been completed and goods dispatched.

With Royal Mail being our carrier, please supply an address where someone will be present to sign for the delivery. 

Reporting Lost or Missing Deliveries

PLEASE WAIT 10 WORKING DAYS BEFORE REPORTING LOST OR MISSING DELIVERIES.

We aim to deliver within 10 working days of the order being placed and you will be notified of any subsequent changes. 

Please wait 10 working days before getting in touch with us to enquire on it’s whereabouts. When doing so, please have your order number (may also be referred to as the invoice number) from any emails we will have sent.
