Returns Policy

We appreciate there are occasions where the ordered products may not meet expectations. We are happy for goods to be returned providing any playing equipment is unused and clothing remains in it’s original packaging. We will only accept returned goods within 28 days of the goods being delivered or collected, depending on delivery method.  From there we can arrange for sufficient alternative or replacement products to be distributed, or we will arrange for the goods to be refunded.

If we deem the products to be returned in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse them.

Due to their bespoke nature, we are unable to accept returns on any personalised clothing purchased from our Club Shop.

Cricket Bats

Vyper Cricket bats are made from the finest English willow and are made to order by our master bat-makers based in the UK.

The face of the blade is pressed but this is not sufficient preparation to make our bats ‘match ready’. We highly recommend they are knocked in by the customer once purchased. Cricket bats deteriorate through use and, despite the best preparation, it is impossible to predict how long a bat will last.

Our bats are not immune to general wear and tear (i.e. yorkers to the toe, mistimed shots or poor quality balls in the nets), therefore we cannot accept returns unless the bats are returned to us unused. In exceptional circumstances we may arrange for the bat to be repaired, but this is managed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to refuse this service.

Damaged Goods

We request delivered and collected goods are thoroughly inspected as soon as they are received. Any damaged or defective products should be returned to us within 28 days of them being received, we will seek to replace the products, provide suitable alternatives or arrange for the products to be refunded.

How to Return Your Products

A return will only be accepted if the criteria outlined above has been met and if it has been arranged before hand. To get in touch, please see our Contact Us page.

To reiterate – we cannot accept returns beyond 28 days of the order being received. When getting in touch, please clearly state your order reference number (will be clearly stated in order confirmation emails) and the reason for the return, this will allow us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible. Whether you get in touch via email or telephone, we may request for photographic evidence to be supplied.

When returning your products, please package the goods securely to limit further damage happening in transit. The goods will remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been received.
