Ordering & Payments
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods, subject to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and we shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of the goods set out in your order.
We will only accept orders from an adult, (18 and over) if you are under 18 and wish to purchase goods you will need to ask your Parent/carer or guardian.
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the site. We do not offer any credit facilities, so we will not deliver goods to you if you do not pay for your order in full at the time of ordering.
Prices & Availability
All goods are offered for sale subject to availability. We regret that occasionally it may be impossible to complete an order if a product is withdrawn for any reason. The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website and inclusive of any VAT that may be payable by you.
We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in the rate of VAT or supplier costs. All prices and delivery charges are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full at the time of ordering. In the event of any deliveries to addresses outside of the UK, the purchaser is entirely responsible for any applicable customs’ duties or taxes in your own country.
In the exceptional circumstances that any item of clothing is not in stock we reserve the right to provide an alternative of the same colour and quality.
Although every possible care has been taken ensure product and service descriptions are accurate, slight variations with the goods may occur. If you have any questions regarding our products, please get in touch, a link to our contact page can be found below.
Customers have the option to either pay for their goods to be delivered or they can arrange to collect from our address free of charge. Orders of £150.00 or more eligible for free delivery, this is calculated and applied automatically by our system.
We will deliver the ordered goods to the address supplied to us at the time of ordering. It is possible for the delivery address to be amended prior to shipping, but not something we can guarantee. We recommend every possible care is taken to ensure the delivery address is accurate.
All times and dates for delivery are estimates and should be treated as such. Being estimates, they are also subject to change. We relinquish ownership of the goods on the day of delivery and, therefore, we are not liable for the damage or loss of goods.
Collections are actively encouraged by Vyper, however they need to be arranged in advance. We will be in touch to advise when your order will be ready for collection and times that are suitable.

We appreciate there are occasions where the ordered products may not meet expectations. We are happy for goods to be returned providing any playing equipment is unused and clothing remains in it’s original packaging. We will only accept returned goods within 28 days of the goods being delivered or collected, depending on delivery method. From there we can arrange for sufficient alternative or replacement products to be distributed or we will arrange for the goods to be refunded.
If we deem the products to be returned in an unacceptable condition we reserve the right to refuse them.
